Cycle Center of Denton will try to respond to your contribution request if we can identify with your organization or cause. Decisions to donate items are based on the following criteria:

  1. Is your organization or event clearly non-profit or charitable? If not, we consider you to be a customer and thank you for your patronage.
  2. Is your request coming from an organization which will improve the educational, cultural, or civic vitality of this community?
  3. Does contributing to your organization touch on your prioritized areas of concern (i.e. fostering growth in the motorcycle / PowerSports industry or helping those less fortunate than ourselves)?

We require a one week review period for each donation request. Please understand that the more lead time we are given to consider your request, the greater the chance that we can find some way to help you. Please understand that we will not be able to fill every request nor will we be able to respond to every request.

Donations from Cycle Center of Denton normally consist of gift certificates or donations of products related to the motorcycle industry. Although we are often asked to donate vehicles for different charities and events, donations of this sort normally exceed our budgetary constraints. If a vehicle is required and your organization's goals align with those of Cycle Center of Denton, we may offer a vehicle (a motorcycle, ATV, or a UTV) at our cost (or sometimes below our cost), allowing you to retain any money above and beyond that amount for your organization.
