"I was blown away at the GREAT customer service I received recently when stopped by to have my Goldwing looked at with a smell of antifreeze. I not only was treated wonderful (being a female-usually I am not taken serious from previous encounters with dealers). The service dept not only assured me my bike was ok, but checked out my husbands VTX1800N turn signal, removed it, cleaned it out, at no charge. And the best thing to my suprise, I went in with less than a 1/4 of a tank of gas (was going to go fill up after leaving the shop), we took off and had a little over 1/2 tank of gas. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. After having just moved to the area back in July and the few times i have had to go by the shop, Cycle Center of Denton has been fantastic. Not with just the perks but with making me feel like i (being a female) matter in a mans world. Thanks guys!"

"Howdy,
I thought I would let you know I got the full-monty done on my Wing this week. I had a great experience with Denton Cycle Sports. Chris and his guys do great work. I dropped the bike off on Monday afternoon as planned. I would not have been surprised for them to not be expecting me even though I had an appointment (it has happened at my home dealership before,) but they were expecting me and knew exactly why I was there.
The work went quicker than what Chris had told me it would take and he kept me informed the whole way (even though I had not asked him to do so.) The bike is like a totally different bike. Even when she was brand new she didn't handle like she does now. I've never ridden a sport bike so I can't say she handles like a sport bike. The closest comparison I have is to an 800 cruiser I used to ride. She is quick and responsive like that lighter bike was. The low-speed wobble is gone and I feel more comfortable on tight, low-speed turns.
Thanks a bunch for recommending them to me. I am really pleased with the results so far. The only complaint I have about the trip is the weather! It was hot! We did get a chance to catch a Ranger game though. They have a nice ballpark.

"I limped my 07 GL1800 in to Denton Cycle Center, at closing time on Saturday 1/31, with the dreaded fork shift, blown tranny issue. I picked up my bike yesterday, Saturday 2/21, three weeks to the day after dropping it off. For the first week it was there the tech was out sick all week. So in two weeks time they had my bike tore down, that wasn't pretty to see, transmission opened up to identify the issue. One shift fork was charred and a few gears gone. The entire transmission was rebuilt, including all shift forks, gears, "dogs", and shafts to bring it back to life. On top of that I had the full meal deal Traxxion upgrade installed as the bike was already disassembled. All this in two weeks time and the bike runs and, most importantly, shifts better than it ever has, even better than the day I picked it up from the dealer brand new. So while this transmission issue is a problem for Honda, they never hesitated, or questioned any parts being ordered by Cycle Center. Does this absolve Honda from this issue, no. But in my case it was handled quickly, smoothly, and professionally by Cycle Center Center of Denton. I have my bike back and running like a Gold Wing should. A major tip of the hat to the folks at Cycle Center of Denton, Scott, Kenny, Carlos, Jimmy, and, most importantly, Johnny who work doggedly to get my bike done. Great folks, great dealer.

I hope you can forward this note to Josh, Julia and Brenda who were all so helpful with the sale of the BMW r1150 RT.
I am just thrilled to share that the bike arrived safely in California on Wednesday the 13th, and the BMW dealer reviewed it. As a used bike sold on consignment, the fluids were dirty (which is not atypical), so we changed those and did the 6000 mile tune-up including changing out the spark plugs; I also had a new front tire put on as BMW recommends that after 4 years of ownership.
I will share that as I walked in the service director looked at me and said, "you got an awesome bike!". Everyone thinks it is brand new and my friend rode the bike home on Friday (well to the neighbor's). Everyone remarked that the seller was first class and I was very very lucky to find the bike and to see it was handled so well.
As for Sunday morning, my husband's 60th, I could use words, but I think the attached picture says it all.
I have never in my life bought such a gift for someone, nor flown 1/2 across the country to obtain a gift, including all the time and effort to get it shipped, serviced, registered and moved to my home -- all in 9 days.
It was worth every moment of effort and cost, and I am just thrilled with how all of you helped me, first with phone conversations, then with e-mails and pictures, and then both on-site and ensuring the pick-up/shipping and follow-on paperwork was handled exquisitely. I made sure I put your "thanks for buying postcard" in with Bob's other birthday gifts.
And in fact, see the second picture (use a zoom)....and be sure to look at the back wheel.

"My dad and I have both purchased motorcycles at the Cycle Center of Denton. I was impressed with the sales staff knowledge of the products and the low stress buying environment. After purchasing my bike I had trouble with the low end throttle. The service center at the dealership fixed this problem at no additional charge, even though considerable work was needed to fix the throttle. They said that they wanted to make sure the bike was set up perfect when I took it home. Since it was not they would fix it. This customer service is what promted my Dad to purchase his next motorcycle at the Cycle Center of Denton. I am also planning on purchasing a new bike at the Cycle Center this upcomming weekend. "

"I found myself needing a new rear tire (finally getting rid
of that Metzeler) and so started shopping the internet. The best price I found for a Dunlop for the rear was $83. I needed the tire in a hurry so I called several of the Honda Dealers in Dallas with the hope of negotiating a reasonable price. No one had one in stock and
the prices were ridiculous (would you believe $160 for a Dunlop?).
Anyway, the last dealer I called on was Cycle Center of Denton. I was just riding by and thought I would stop in just to see. I was quoted a price of $73 plus tax. I made him check it again. He said they always discount tires. He didn't have it in stock but promised it in 2 days. It came in in one day!
I showed up with my wheel and service mounted and balanced it while I waited. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes.
The experience and price were a real surprise. I will definitely be visting again when I need something. And I have posted my experience online in one local and one national motorcycle forum I am a member of.
