We have immediate access to OEM parts and accessories and just about every major accessory and after market parts distributor. If we don't have in stock today, we can get it for you quickly with our online stocking and ordering system connected to most manufactures and distributors.

Parts and Accessories Not in Our Current Online Catalog:
We cannot list the millions of parts and accessories that are available in today's expanding world of motorsports. In particular the repair and accessory parts available for the thousands of models and brands we are dealers for. If you have parts and/or accessories that you would like to see in our catalog, please email us. We will research these parts to see how soon we can then add them to our regular catalog items.

Product Pricing:
Product pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to maintain up-to-date product specifications and pricing. However, there are times when our vendors raise their prices or update their products to us without notification. We will inform you if your order is affected and give you the option of continuing the order for the updated product or canceling the order.

Price quotes for special orders are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. Special order requests are maintained for 30 days and then they must be requoted.

We only sell online to the continental US. Hawaii and Alaska will be quoted shipping and handling for each order as necessary.

We can only ship to the U.S. billing address of the credit card you are using unless you have setup an authorized ship to address with your credit card company. This is to protect you from unauthorized use of your credit card.

Minimum Orders:
There is no minimum order for shipments.

Shipping:
We will normally ship orders within 2 to 3 days when the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock we will give you an expected ship time to get the product in and shipped out. We do not currently show inventory in stock through our web site. We do show inventory in stock at the time of the listing for our controlled closeouts lists.

Your shipping cost is generally based on the value of the order you place.

Unlike many industries most of this industry¡¦s products do not have any published weights and measurements to calculate shipping costs from. In addition, many products are bulky like handlebars, tires and sport bike body panels that will incur additional oversize charges from the shippers. Many orders also combine several products that we will not know the combined weight and size of the package until we assemble the order for shipping. To simplify this we charge by value of the order.

UPS is our normal shipping method unless you ask for a specific shipping method and pay the difference. Expedited shipping like Next Day or 2nd Day Air are available at extra cost by request.

Tire shipping is $9.95 per tire in the continental US. (Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can be quoted on a case by case basis because of the additional cost.) Expediting tires is very expensive because tires are oversize and require special handling. They can cost as much as $100 to ship faster than ground.

Tire orders in Texas will be charged a $1.50 per tire recycle fee, required by law.

There are two special charges for shipping that may occur on some parts and that is an oversize charge of $19.95 or $39.95. The $19.95 occurs when large bulky products like large windscreens, body panels and the like exceed our shippers size limitations for standard shipping. The $39.95 is for large ATV fenders.

Buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, taxes, custom charges and tariff fees.

Special notice to our Canadian customers: All Canadian order are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service). The customer is responsible for all additional fees imposed by the Canadian government. We will not alter, forge or create special invoices in order to lower taxes so do not ask.

Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Money Orders for payments through our secure server. We do not accept personal checks, bank drafts, bank transfers or COD's. Bank drafts are similar to personal checks and do not guarantee payment.

Returns:
We proudly stand behind the excellent products and accessories we are offering you. Should the product be defective please call or email us so that we may best help you. We will gladly offer a return/replace authorization for any defective product within 15 days of receipt. When you call or e-mail we will arrange for the return and issue you a return authorization number so the product can be returned at no cost to you. ALL returns must be approved before returning and given a return authorization number. Returns received without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender. Videos are not returnable or refundable. We will replace the video with one of the same if it is defective. We will also exchange products for size and color adjustments as long as the product is in new re-sellable condition and is less than 15 days old.

All non-defective product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns on electrical components and no returns for any products after 15 days.

Special orders are not returnable unless determined to be defective.

Credits:
All credits will be processed to the original credit card and purchaser only. Any other credits will be by company check to the order billing address.
